Terms & Conditions for opening Savings Deposits A/c:

1. Documents required to open a Savings Bank Account: 

(i) Identity Proof 

(ii) Address Proof 

(iii) Two Copies of Stamp size photograph.

2. Valid & acceptable documents for Identity proof and Address Proof: 

(i) PAN Card 

(ii) Aadhar Card.

3. In the case of Small Accounts: 

(i) Customer may submit Form 61 instead of PAN

(ii) Voter ID card as identity Proof. 

(iii) Aadhar Card Address Proof.
